As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our brand’s presence and engagement across digital platforms. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, focusing on social media, CRM, and content marketing.
  • Skills:
  • • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and its suite of tools.
  • Experience with photo and video editing tools.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content creation and optimization tools like Clay. If you’ve used these effectively, bring them up in your initial call.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter but primarily LinkedIN. The focus will be on industry thought leadership – sharing insights about trends in staffing platforms, workforce management, and SPaaS technology. Developing and executing strategies for highlighting customer success stories, product benefits, partnership engagement, industry event engagement, user education, and case studies.
  • CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage customer relationships, track interactions, and segment audiences for targeted campaigns. Leverage AI-driven tools for lead scoring, predictive analytics, and automated email workflows.
  • Content Marketing: Create engaging and relevant content for blogs, newsletters, and social media channels. Use AI writing assistants and content optimization tools to enhance content quality and SEO performance.
  • Campaign Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and HubSpot’s reporting features. Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven results.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media and content strategies with overall marketing goals. Coordinate with designers and stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Conference Marketing: Oversee event experiences to completion, including planning and preparation, coordinating on-site logistics and production, and managing post-event follow-up.
  • Webinars: Scheduling, coordinating speakers and content, setting up the platform, and overseeing live execution. You’ll also handle audience registration, provide live support, and manage post-webinar tasks such as feedback collection and sharing recordings
