Auto insurers, automakers, commercial mobility companies, and the public sector use insights from CMT’s platform to power risk assessment, safety, claims, and driver improvement programs. Headquartered in Cambridge, MA, with offices in Budapest, Chennai, Seattle, Tokyo, and Zagreb, CMT measures and protects tens of millions of drivers worldwide every day.
Cambridge Mobile Telematics is looking for a collaborative, organised, and creative marketing contractor who wants to make an impact at a growing startup, and help save lives on the road. The position is focused on and based in Europe. The candidate will preferably work from home in Germany.
This is a 12 month contract position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field is required
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Marketing role
  • Strong communication, writing, and research skills
  • Proficient written and communication skills in German & English + one other language at C1 level ideally Italian or Spanish
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Excel, GSuite and CRM programs
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage, and execute projects
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and lead conference and customer events, including all event logistics and post-event tracking
  • Run social media campaign strategy and grow presence across channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) to amplify our brand and messaging, including content creation and design
  • Assist in the running of marketing programs including content and delivery (direct mail campaigns, newsletters, email campaigns, webinars, etc.)
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to adapt our communication to different cultures and drive business
  • Assist with Account-Based Marketing and sales campaigns for targeted outreach and travel logistics
  • Manage and grow our media list and assist in pitching stories to publications
  • Research and develop competitive insights for internal communications
