Let’s talk about this role
As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will accommodate the diverse needs of international members, clients and strategic partners, along with the development of digital capabilities that deliver on the nib purpose and strategic plan to transition nib from health payer to health partner.
You will take on a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts targeting International Visitors, leading initiatives to deliver world-class digital campaigns and optimise member experiences within the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) function and supporting the marketing needs of the business development team.
Your responsibilities will span planning, executing and reporting on marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing digital assets. Further responsibilities include developing content, translating communication, producing communication and creative briefs, financial management, identify relevant innovations and new to market digital media opportunities to increase new customer sales and member engagement.
Let’s talk about you
Essential to the success of this role, you will have a degree in
Marketing/Business along with 3-5 years proven experience in a similar role. Experience in marketing to an international audience would be advantageous.
Managing a range of partner relationships, both internally and externally, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and autonomous team player who is able to build strong stakeholder relationships effectively. You will have a love for campaign testing and optimisation, the ability to prioritise your time effectively and a passion for challenging the status quo.

Furthermore, we’re looking for:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Multi-language and multi-cultural capability would be an advantage
  • Content strategy and development of annual plans
  • Experience in direct & database marketing practices
  • Experience working in a B2B business (desired)
