Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our awesome communication and marketing team COMA.The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving our global marketing campaigns and create compelling content to elevate our brand presence and drive engagement across various channels. You will be reporting to the Head of Communication.

The COMA department consists of 11 members and is known for having a friendly yet ambitious atmosphere. You can expect an international work environment, friendly and bright colleagues, and opportunities for both personal and professional development.Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage global through-the-funnel campaigns
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support campaign execution and delivery.
  • Create compelling and targeted content for campaigns, including copywriting, and defining creative briefs.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Communication and internal stakeholders to develop tactical and strategic marketing and communication campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive and optimize multi-channel communication and marketing campaigns, including email, social media, website, and more, to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Manage campaign timelines and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Implement lead generation strategies and tactics to attract and nurture prospects throughout the customer journey.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and best practices to continuously improve campaign strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a communication or marketing role, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Excellent writting and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and analyzing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Passion for marketing, communication, and driving meaningful engagement with target audiences.

Practicalities

The position:

  • Full-time position of 37 hours/week
