Description:
Dotsure Ltd is hiring a dynamic Marketing Channel Manager to join our Marketing Department! The person interested in this role is a strategic thinker with an instinct for building strong partnerships. You love driving results through smart marketing strategies, and you’ve always wanted to live in the scenic Garden Route – or maybe you already do (bonus)!
In this position, you’ll act as a Marketing Consultant, optimising channel activities in the Motor, Warranty and Business segments. Your Mission? Drive demand generation activities, enhance customer engagement and align key business strategies with channel activities. You’ll also dive into internal marketing projects and drive campaign success through expert channel planning.

This position is permanent and will be based in the beautiful city of George, Western Cape.
MIN REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Marketing/Sales Diploma.
- 3-5 years of Partner/Channel/Distributor marketing experience in a digital environment.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to work across many teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Marketing Consultant to partners, driving demand generation activities for the Motor Direct, Warranty Direct, and Commercial/Business Direct segments.
- Develop and manage internal and external customer relationships.
- Prepare channel plans for each channel.
- Assist in developing and implementing targeted marketing plans as needed by internal & external stakeholders.
- Business alignment: Apply key business strategy focus areas into account planning and day-to-day delivery.
- Channel alignment: Build an account plan closely aligned to the channel strategy and purposely develop the strategic principles specifically applicable to the account.
- Drive internal marketing and software projects to support partner requirements and business needs.
- Create and conduct proposal presentations.
- Supervise execution of co-marketing activities by partners and/or vendor agencies.
- Tracking & monitoring the performance of all campaigns.
- Producing daily, weekly, or monthly performance reports, as required.
