Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator Co-op to join us for an 8-month term. Although you join us as a “co-op” you will be considered a true WISI team member. You don’t need a lot of experience to join, just bold dreams and a strong work ethic. Give us eight months and we’ll give you the real-world experience to kick-start your career and an employee experience to remember. As a Marketing Co-op you will provide support for ongoing projects and campaigns, events, email and social media management, and tasks as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regular posting on social media and managing the connected accounts
  • Help organize both digital and off-line event management
  • Help organize internal team event when needed
  • Conduct competitor analysis, audience analysis and market research
  • Create quality content including but not limited to blogs, press releases and case studies
  • Assist with website management and email marketing activities
  • Create reports & dashboards and analyze the data through HubSpot
  • Own A/B testing as it relates to email marketing and social media
  • Collaborate on projects and assignments with other WISI departments
  • Other related roles and tasks as assigned
