Description:
The key responsibilities for the role include (but is not limited to):
- Manage local area marketing and promotional requests and activities from stores
- Work with the Head of Marketing to proactively develop local marketing strategies, campaigns and templates to drive customer traffic, retention and sales for our store network
- Liaise with Studio & Production Manager to coordinate POS production and delivery to stores
- Be the marketing lead for new store and refurbishment projects and work closely with the VM and Store teams, as well as managing the marketing store plans with the franchisees.
- Be the marketing lead for external shopping centre (e.g. Westfield, Vicinity) communication and activations, liaising closely with individual store franchisees and managers
- Liaise and work with broader team, including Creative, Visual Merchandising and Digital Marketing on execution of local marketing activity.
- Support marketing team as required on key projects and campaigns.
- Track, analyse and communicate activities and outcomes of marketing initiatives and offer solutions for improvement.
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years’ experience in traditional marketing in a similar multi-site retail business, preferably with beauty and FMCG experience. They must have the ability to work well in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment, and have strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent attention to detail, planning skills and the ability to use their initiative to succeed in all areas.
