Key accountabilities include:
- Development & implementation of the the Cunard marketing communications strategy to meet brand and commercial objectives,with a strong focus on driving active awareness consideration and conversion, as well as enhancing guest experience and loyalty, and growing our marketable database, both through direct and trade channels.
- Championing global ways of working including the development and sharing of best practice with our international colleagues.
- Stong stakeholder management across multiple teams, levels and markets including the effective development of a 20+ strong marketing communications team, to foster positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies, maintaining a culture of engagement, motivation, and collaboration
Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in steering the marketing direction of the Iconic Cunard brand, ensuring we continue to set the benchmark for luxury ocean travel. Your direction will not only influence our marketing strategy, but also inspire a team of marketing professionals to excel in their roles.
