Job Description
You will develop long range marketing strategies and tactics that include branding, messaging, market research, promotion, and other activities to drive sales of Loma products and services. You will be responsible for identifying current and future market trends and customer insights that will influence the direction of our product development.
Responsibilities:

Through taking personal ownership and demonstrating effective team management you and your team will be responsible for:

  • Formulating a cohesive global and local marketing strategies that drive sales growth to assist Loma in profitably achieving it’s sales and margin objectives.
  • Uses customer segmentation, market data, and competitor intelligence to effectively position and promote the company, its products and services with internal and external stakeholders, using a comprehensive mix of digital and offline channels (i.e. email, direct mail, video, PR, advertising, events, social media, telemarketing, etc.)
  • Support Customer-Back Innovation/product development through voice of customer discovery, and market research/analysis activities which influence the development of new products and services. Ensuring that product value proposition messages are effectively and consistently communicated globally.
  • Champion the Loma brands and take responsibility for Loma’s online presence, ensuring consistency of brand look/feel and uses digital platforms to drive sales leads.
  • Through networking and brand exposure, work to builds relationships with key market influencers.
  • Tracking, analysing and reports on marketing key performance indicators and metrics, industry trends, competitor insights, etc.
  • Effectively manage the global marketing team and budget. Coaching and engaging a diverse high performing team, focusing on developing and retaining the best talent.
  • Support internal communication, employee engagement and corporate social responsibility events, that contribute to a great place to work and strong employer brand.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Significant experience working in a marketing and/or product management capacity, developing and implementing long term marketing strategies.
  • Previous experience of managing and developing a team as well as managing budgets.
  • Experience working within a B2B environment and being able to clearly articulate and communicate the product value proposition.
  • High level of commercial awareness and sales process.
  • Degree in a Marketing or other business relevant discipline.

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
