WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Venatus is looking to bolster its presence globally and with our growth plans we are now looking to hire a Marketing Director, for our global developing marketing team. We are looking for an experienced Marketing professional to oversee all marketing operations for Venatus and develop our marketing strategy and vision. The primary scope includes developing our marketing strategy, brand management, performance, and developing our policies, process and marketing budgets.
This role is to lead the Marketing team operationally and has overall responsibility for the Marketing department we are building. The role will hold both strategic and tactical responsibilities in sales and business enablement, ABM, Performance, and more. The ideal candidate will thrive in rapid growth environments and excel in managing our cross functional strategies, timelines and teams.
It will be your responsibility to understand the needs of our partners and ensure that our marketing strategies and value propositions are aligned with their requirements. You will work closely with our sales and business development teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition and competitive advantages to our target audience within the gaming space. By collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure that our marketing policies, processes, and budgets are optimised for maximum efficiency, effectiveness and return.
With our private equity investment, we are looking for someone who can balance a practical mindset with a creative business acumen and lead people through our complex marketing operations.
The goal is to ensure the company’s marketing efforts are successful in helping us outperform competition.

REQUIREMENTS

  • In-depth understanding of the AdTech space, with a focus on digital marketing trends and the gaming ecosystem
  • Proven experience in the B2B space as a Senior Marketing professional
  • Proven experience within the AdTech or gaming space.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team building skills with a record of leading high performing marketing teams
  • Ability to inspire teams to achieve marketing goals
  • Experience in developing and implementing long term marketing strategies that drive Venatus’ voice
  • Strong presentation skills for both internal and external audiences
  • Analytical and data driven mindset with the ability to make data driven decisions
  • Extensive experience in brand management, including evolving brand identity, maintaining brand consistency, and monitoring brand perception
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, including online advertising, content marketing, SEO and ABM.
  • Strong budget management skills with experience in allocating resource effectively to maximise ROI
