Description:

Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our Dubai team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and oversee marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support business growth in the IT sector.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media advertising.
Basic knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
Creativity & Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate ideas effectively.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze marketing data, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
Project Management:
Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in marketing, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our IT solutions effectively in both digital and offline spaces.
Content Creation & Management: Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Campaign Execution: Plan and manage marketing campaigns, monitor progress, and analyze performance to optimize outcomes.
Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
Lead Generation & Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create lead-generation strategies and provide marketing support to improve client acquisition.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, develop posting schedules, and engage with audiences to build a strong online presence.
Brand Management: Work on brand positioning and ensure all marketing materials align with our company’s identity and goals.
Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
