The successful candidate will contribute to the development, and ensure the execution, of Hurtigruten Group’s Australia & New Zealand B2B marketing strategy. They will coordinate and assist with the planning and development of Marketing campaigns and sales activity. Activities range from the creation of Marketing assets, brochures (digital and hardcopy), through to the coordination of events. This role will work closely with the Hurtigruten APAC Marketing, Sales, Customer and Operations teams, as well as the Global Marketing teams.

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :

  • First-rate oral and written English skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification at minimum Bachelor level, preferably with Marketing or Business background.
  • Minimum three years Marketing experience.
  • Strong business understanding and commercial acumen.

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

  • An ability to thrive in a highly driven fast moving environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Power Point).
  • Experience with CRM programmes (Previous Salesforce experience would be advantageous, but not essential).
  • Ability to make good use of web tools and in-house technical resources and adapt to new technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to plan and execute Marketing campaigns designed to achieve revenue targets. This will encompass creating on-brand assets across all relevant channels and ensuring campaigns launch in a timely manner.
  • Work with the Sales team to develop and maintain an integrated B2B Marketing Calendar that will inform the organisation of planned, booked, contracted activities with partners and Hurtigruten’s own initiatives by channel to market, eg B2B eDMs, B2B Portal, paid B2B media.
  • Consistent reviewing and updating of the B2B Portal to ensure relevant business-as-usual content is updated, and to manage the upload of new campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Work with partner Marketing departments to ensure on-brand assets are provided and proofed accordingly in time with campaign go-live deadlines and media plans.
  • Work with partners, and internal stakeholders, to secure post-campaign reports to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Day-to-day management of Hurtigruten systems and platforms to generate collateral and Marketing assets.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to plan and execute a consistent eDM program.
  • Work with the Sales teams to manage brochure production and stock management.
