Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE
The marketing lead is responsible for executing the marketing strategy and plan defined in the business plan. The role is required to develop and execute marketing campaigns for the company’s products, focusing on lead generation and supporting the sales function. It needs to ensure overall alignment of the campaigns with the business goals and overarching policies and procedures for marketing activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on market penetration, brand positioning, and revenue growth aligned with Group objectives.
- Set clear marketing priorities and measurable objectives, targeting specific customer segments.
- Monitor competitors and analyze marketing trends.
- Oversee daily marketing operations and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Ensure compliance with Group Marketing Policies and Procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, IT) for smooth marketing services administration.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring justified and efficient spending.
- Plan and create advertising and promotional materials in collaboration with customers, sales, and external agencies to boost product or service sales.
- Implement lead generation campaigns via email, digital advertising, and content marketing.
- Work closely with product management and sales teams to effectively communicate product features and competitive advantages.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to optimize campaigns, track ROI, and guide leads through the sales funnel.
- Organize participation in industry events like trade shows and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Develop booth strategies, promotional materials, and presentations to engage prospects and customers.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, customer insights, and competitive positioning.
- Analyze customer data to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
- Set clear objectives and metrics for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
