SEEKING A CREATIVE THINKER WITH A PASSION FOR INNOVATION TO LEAD OUR MARKETING OBJECTIVES

We a seeking a hands-on and talented Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts across DHL Supply Chain Australia. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to support our Business Development, Human Resources and Operational teams.

As a key contributor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target key customer segments
  • Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and advertising
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling marketing strategy, content, collateral, and events
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide reports to stakeholders, recommending strategies for optimisation and improvement
  • Manage relationships with external advertising agencies and key vendors, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
  • Oversee company branding to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, strong brand positioning, and market awareness

Responsibilities:

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field
  • Extensive experience in marketing with a focus on Business-to-Business customers
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns to drive business growth
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Linked In, Google, Meta, etc.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make effective marketing decisions and optimise campaign performance
