Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager will focus on building the strategic vision, setting the agenda and ensuring strength of execution to deliver short and long term results for our Bath Tissue portfolio brands, Cashmere® and Purex®. You will have an focus on stimulating consumer demand and sales activity to achieve the annual Marketing plan.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the strategic direction for portfolio by setting the plan and driving execution to meet business targets
  • Execute Marketing programs including brand building advertising plans, consumer promotions, new innovation, coupon activities and website updates, and is responsible for communicating marketing support activities with Sales and Trade Marketing
  • Leverage consumer and market insights to boost demand and share growth
  • Manage agency partners to develop best-in-class consumer communication strategies
  • Monitor, analyze and report competitive activity including advertising, packaging and pricing.
  • Develop new products that utilize market opportunities and drive brand growth organically while maintaining existing brand profitability
  • Execute and communicate marketing programs and marketing support activities. Support brand strategy development and consumer communication plans.
  • Provide recommendations on budgeting, packaging changes and innovative development
  • Maintain accurate market information required to develop and execute the overall marketing strategy
  • Work closely with sponsorship team to drive equity amongst our brands through key programming
  • Complete the annual Business Review and manage the Advertising and Promotion budget
  • Motivate and excite the organization, cross-functional teams and external partners on our Marketing initiatives
