Job Description
Responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote revenue growth and generation and financial profitability. This role manages performance strategies for a portfolio of NRMA Parks & Resorts in collaboration with key brand, marketing, digital and product teams. In collaboration with key stakeholders across the business, the role contributes to improving the guest experience and driving acquisition and retention strategies to achieve business objectives specifically related to achieving the revenue targets.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Manage portfolio marketing on a day to day basis, ensuring the marketing plan and other initiatives are executed accurately, to budget and on deadline
- Provide hands-on support to leadership team in the development new projects and initiatives aligned with strategy
- Collaborate on performance Marketing strategies for all product areas, including the co-development of annual plans that define performance budgets and KPIs
- Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure optimisation of established campaigns and implementing test and learn activity
- Meetings with internal stakeholders and management of media agencies to measure and report on campaign effectiveness and optimisation
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution that enhance the Guest Experience and align to brand standards
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures to ensure alignment to GX and brand proof points
- Researching and analysing consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity to leverage insights and opportunities wherever possible to drive revenue and enhance guest experience
- Manage budget to within permitted variance alongside internal finance team manager budget and forecast trackers.
- Provide monthly updates and reviews to internal stakeholders include the GM of Marketing
