Responsibilities:

The Advocacy team has responsibility for multiple brands in The Absolut Group portfolio (Absolut, Malibu & Kahlua), to (1) champion the On-trade & Experiences through key strategies, partnerships, visibility priorities & activation programs that enhances consumers engagement with our brands; and (2) drive Advocacy & Education by developing ‘best in class’ educational programs, experiences, and tools, to fuel and recruit passionate brand Advocates across the globe.
As an On-Trade expert, you will sharpen our understanding of both Customers, Bartenders and Consumers in their on-trade journey, to evolve our capabilities, developing consumer-centric trade strategies that support customers business objectives and ensuring premiumisation of our brands. To generate profitable sales you will accelerate recruitment, penetration, and build consumer & bartender loyalty with programs, messaging, and activations that and are exciting and based on our key consumption moments. These programs are essential to prominently positioning our brands with consumers, but should also encourage accounts to bring them to life and elevate their perception of our brands.
You will also be a drinks expert, leading our inhouse Drinks squad to develop and evolve Drinks Strategies, requiring you to be on top of consumer & drinks culture and have comprehensive experience with the hospitality industry. The drinks expertise extends to supporting cross functional teams across disciplines; to support advising and developing solutions for key occasions, programs and product innovation. Unique serves, drinking rituals and hero vessels will be deliverables that drive interest from the trade and also motivate consumers to trial products/serves both in the on-trade and at home.

In this role you will responsible for:

  • Champion On-trade capabilities for Absolut, Malibu & Kahlua by evolving RPVA strategies (Relationship, Presence, Visibility, Activation)
  • Win on-trade share by creating brand building visibility assets and activation programs in collaboration with markets, that drive impact and menu prioritization
  • Understand the global on-trade arena by systematically collecting & reporting information on channel trends and data, as well as the competition, to identify new opportunities
  • Close collaboration with Experiences to create holistic and scalable activations for various types of accounts
  • Support Shopper team to execute strong TTL (Through-The-Line) programs
  • Be the internal drinks expert, leading the cross functional TAG Drinks Squad and sharing valuable input to key projects both internally and expert drinks/on-trade/industry teams in market cos and at HQ
  • Collaborate to develop/evolve drinks strategies, ensuring data-driven & brand relevant drinks optimization, including drinks recipes that democratize cocktail making at home, and are sustaining for trade needs
  • Support NPDs, Key occasions and Communication programs with drinks recommendations, unique serves & drinking rituals
  • Support Trade Education Manager to develop relevant and memorable education programs for the hospitality industry that will drive equity and ultimately bartender recommendation.
