About the opportunity
The Marketing Manager is responsible for strong brand position and profile. The role oversees marketing support and advice across the Library.
Working closely with the Branch Head, Communications Manager and Content and Creative Manager, the Marketing Manager contributes to delivering integrated marketing and communications activities for the organisation.
The Marketing Manager leads a team who is responsible for the brand guidelines and execution, audience research, strategic campaigns to develop audiences (including members) and contributes to the CRM integration for the Library.
As the Library brand ambassador, the Marketing Manager leads the execution of the brand strategy and ensures the brand is embedded at all visitor internal and external touchpoints.
