Overview of the role:
We’re looking for a Marketing Programs Specialist with a blend of technical skills, creativity, and strong writing abilities to join the WorkTango marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation & Growth, you’ll support multi-channel marketing efforts, collaborate to craft engaging emails that drive results, and keep programs and meetings running efficiently. The awesome stuff you’ll do in this role:

  • Execute and project manage multi-channel B2B marketing programs and integrated campaigns, leveraging channels such as webinars, conferences, websites, and email to drive revenue and pipeline growth
  • Partner with sales to write post-program outreach sequences and templated content to guide leads through the sales funnel
  • Optimize email marketing and nurture streams using A/B testing and data analysis for better results
  • Track and analyze KPIs like conversion rates and ROI to continuously improve performance
  • Lead meetings, create agendas, and maintain the communications and programs calendar to keep marketing efforts aligned and organized

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working on a quick-paced, dynamic startup marketing team
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, HubSpot Marketing Hub (or other MAP), and proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Preferred experience with HubSpot Sales and Operations Hubs, Outreach, and Monday.com / Asana; have a favorite platform not listed here? Tell us!
  • Experience with lead scoring & nurture programs to move qualified prospects through the sales cycle
  • An analytical, data-driven approach to measure the impact of marketing activities on sales activities and pipeline
  • Highly organized, self-starter
  • Understanding of the B2B lead funnel, from lead > MQL > SQL> close
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong passion for serving and understanding customers
  • Growth mindset and a passion for learning
  • You share our values and work in accordance with those values
  • Ability to travel to support in-person events as needed (less than 10%)
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on communications, marketing, and business or equivalent experience
