Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales support roles preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Fluent in English with native proficiency in German.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Excellent presentation and report preparation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to support brand positioning globally.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to tailor marketing strategies.
- Sales Support:
- Work closely with the Business Development team to understand their needs and provide relevant marketing materials and support.
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations, documents, and other collateral.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and support lead generation efforts.
- Follow-up leads to ensure timely and effective engagement.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to track sales activities, customer interactions, and progress.
- Provide reports and insights based on CRM data to inform sales strategies.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, SEO/SEM).
- Maintain a robust presence on relevant social media platforms. Contributing to planning and scheduling engaging posts, monitoring social trends, and engaging with the online community to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Content Creation: Producing high-quality content internally & externally, such as presentations, blog posts, articles, whitepapers, videos, infographics, and more.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify market opportunities and customer preferences in target regions.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team to align marketing strategies with business development goals.
- Ensure seamless communication between marketing and other teams to optimize support and performance.
- Event Management:
- Plan and execute marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to promote the company’s services and projects.
- Manage all events operations and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI.
- Public Relations: Handling media relations, publishing press releases, and building a positive reputation for the company in the sector.
