ABOUT YOU

We are seeking an individual who has 4-5 years marketing experience who can confidently contribute to and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Additional capabilities to be successful in this role include:

  • Experience in health services or services sector is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to write a comprehensive brief and manage delivery of marketing campaigns via an agency or partner organisation
  • Write a marketing plan with clear objectives, actions, and evaluation
  • Demonstrated expertise in the delivery of engaging content
  • Implementing marketing and advertising campaigns including media planning and creative development
  • Demonstrated experience developing marketing messaging and advertising that effectively represents the brand framework of an organisation
  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal), including excellent spelling and grammar and the ability to write in plain and engaging language
  • Demonstrated experience with reporting - collating and drawing insights from analytics and developing ongoing reporting that is relevant for the intended audience.
  • A proven ability to follow policies and Australian legislation on privacy, copyright and accessibility
  • An ability to work in a highly collaborative multi-disciplinary team, as well as showing a high degree of initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities to achieve quality outcomes
  • Effective at building internal and external stakeholder relationships and identifying opportunities for adapting marketing plans accordingly
  • Can balance stakeholder needs effectively and influence and negotiate to achieve positive outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and focus on continuous improvement
  • Work to a clear marketing budget and deliver marketing outcomes on time and to budget
  • Energetic, positive and a team player
  • Demonstrated high level of computer literacy using office and Office 365

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have a vacancy for someone with creativity and experience to play a critical role in planning and delivering marketing campaigns, analysing and reporting on marketing activity, and providing subject matter expertise and strategic guidance to key stakeholders and their segments.
In the role you will focus on driving brand awareness in a competitive market to build a pipeline of qualified leads for residential aged care and home care, and will require a blend of digital and traditional marketing, stakeholder management, project management, content writing and data analysis skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and executing effective integrated marketing campaigns and local market activations across Residential Aged Care and Home Care
  • Leading the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns on time and in budget
  • Working with key stakeholders to understand occupancy opportunities and challenges that will inform strategy and execution
  • Identify effective new marketing and promotional channels, including media channels for delivering key messages to prospective customers
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to wider business
  • Develop effective evaluation strategies across each campaign
  • Work with external agencies on campaign execution
  • Support the creation and publishing of engaging, high impact content
  • Deliver excellent customer service across stakeholder groups internally and externally
