Markets IT Support in Helsinki is seeking a highly motivated IT supporter. This is a support function to Danske Banks Large Corporation and institution trading floors and striving to keep a high IT availability and control around hardware and software. Markets IT Support is the first line support for Danske Banks trading floor and located in central Helsinki Kasarmikatu.

We are a part a Nordic Support team, which includes offices in Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm. Furthermore, we have onsite support team in Copenhagen. “ Except working in an international environment, you will find yourself working in a friendly and inclusive atmosphere with focus on delivering outstanding IT support to a high pace trading environment.” Summaries Bjørn, your upcoming leader. Otherwise, your workday would consist for example:

• working closely with IT developers and engineers to escalate issues and giving user feedback on technical issues and requests.
• cooperating with stakeholders like traders, dealers, and quants to stay on top of current and potential issues
• continuously improving our way of working to ensure the best user support going forward
