QUALIFICATIONS AND CAPABILITIES:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering with a first professional experience
- Initial experience with MEP systems and construction processes
- Basic knowledge of coordinating different trades and ensuring quality, safety, and timeline compliance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Experience with project documentation and reporting is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Support the MEP Manager with daily tasks related to mechanical, electrical, control, and drainage systems.
- Coordinate MEP design between the client’s designer, suppliers, subcontractors, and civil/building works.
- Oversee MEP installations to ensure they meet design specifications and align with timeline, budget, quality, and HSE goals.
- Conduct inspections, tests, and ensure proper documentation (e.g., As-Built documents) to guarantee quality and safety.
- Prepare progress reports, assist in MEP procurement, and participate in site meetings and toolbox talks.
- Support the billing, payment, and handover of MEP works to the commissioning team.
