Merchandising- and Retail Performance Analyst – Intern (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in product assortment planning (newness + existing) in alignment with the company´s sales objectives, marketing campaigns and seasonal trends
  • Dive deep into sales data and inventory trends to craft compelling merchandising reports, providing actionable insights that inform key business decisions.
  • Partner with talented teams across departments and locations to ensure seamless product launches, impactful presentations, competitive pricing, and captivating in-store displays.
  • Analyze the business performance and build targeted action plans to improve KPIs and reach the goals
  • Identify and analyze the areas of revenue generation in support of business goals and monitor the sales effectiveness throughout the process
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of our CRM campaigns, recommending data-driven optimizations to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze and optimize the CRM processes and the CRM system in cooperation with the boutiques and other relevant areas

Skills & Qualifikation

  • Fluent in German & English
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven recommendations and find synergies between Merchandising and CRM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; experience with PowerBI is a big plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with store management and other departments.
