We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual to join our team as a Merchant Consultant Representative. In this role, you will provide excellent support to our merchant partners, build long-term relationships, and optimize their campaigns to drive business success. We seek a candidate who excels in customer engagement and consistently meets sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchant Support:
  • Provide inbound support to merchants by addressing and resolving campaign or account-related issues.
  • Sales & Relationship Management:
  • Nurture and grow existing merchant relationships by regularly engaging through cold calling, emails, SMS, or other channels.
  • Reconnect with former merchants to re-engage their partnership.
  • Gain a deep understanding of merchants’ businesses, products, services, consumer demographics, and revenue drivers.
  • Optimize deals and promotions to facilitate revenue growth for merchants.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high merchant satisfaction.
  • Communication & Education:
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for merchant collaborations.
  • Communicate market insights and new growth opportunities to merchants.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to educate and support your merchant portfolio.
  • Use knowledge of deal structure and strategies to achieve desired outcomes for both merchants and the company.

✏️ Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Warsaw

  • We work in a hybrid model - 2 day per week in the office, 3 days remotely.
