Description
Reporting to the CTO you will actively participate to the Group IT evolution of our Microsoft platform, both technologically and functionally. As such you ensure a methodological implementation and management of our core Microsoft technology stack (Microsoft/Office 365 tenants, Microsoft Cloud/Data Center, Device Management) in line with the company’s growth plan.
You facilitate and guide the IT teams through Microsoft technology roadmaps, by identifying, specifying, and managing Microsoft best practices to be applied.
You actively drive Active Directory/Office 365 migrations within the group.

Who are we looking for

• You are a Master or Bachelor in IT and/or have +3 years of relevant experience in Microsoft core technology.
• You have extensive knowledge of the global IT market combined with in-depth and practical operational experience in an on-premise/hybrid/cloud environment.
• You have experience with firewalling, routing, switching and IT security.
• You have proven experience with Cloud Architecture for Office 365/Microsoft 365 environments.
• You have experience with virtualization platforms (VMWare/Hyper-V) and MS Windows Server 2016+, roles & features.
• You have experience with PowerShell.
• Relevant Microsoft certification is a plus.
• You provide functional Group guidance and leadership in a structured and didactic way, both to specialized technicians, operational teams and to managers.
• You master working in a multilingual company where you can communicate fluently in English.
• Team dynamics and sense of initiative are among your greatest assets.
• You are passionate, curious and intrapreneurial to get things done with a "customer-first" mindset.
