Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-level Operations Support Analyst (Level 3) to support the Everett Delivery Center (EDC) team in Everett, Washington.
EDC is seeking candidates who thrive in an exciting and dynamic environment in support of Everett Customer Deliveries. This is a unique opportunity to interface with all BCA airplane programs while providing vital support to the daily operations of the Pre-Flight & Delivery (PF&D) Operations and Support teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years of experience communicating effectively at multiple levels (employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership).
  • 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives.
  • 3+ years using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • 3+ years in Data Analysis.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience with project management and self- managing projects.
  • 3+ years of experience leading team in a formal or informal role.
  • 3+ years working in a production environment.
  • 1+ years of experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model.
  • Basic understanding of the One Boeing Production System (BPS) standards.

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).

SUMMARY PAY RANGE: $90,000 - $110,000

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.
  • Analyzes and interprets data.

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
  • Acts as a project manager.
