Clinicians within the IMHT will offer interventions and treatments which are concordant with NICE guidelines, and allocation within the team will be based on the needs of the service user, matching clinician skills to service user needs. You will have a critical role in providing specialist tenancy related support to vulnerable people who are at risk of becoming homeless. You will work with service users with complex mental health needs to live independently and remain in their own home.
You will act as the main point of contact for tenants and landlords in order to answer any queries and troubleshoot any issues throughout the life of tenancies. The service works predominately Mon-Fri, 9-5
