Description:

Our Corporate Affairs and Marketing (CA&M) team have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced National Marketing Manager to join their team, working with the Development Business, focusing specifically in the commercial sector.
Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing & Stakeholder Engagement - Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for our commercial portfolio across Australia. You will lead and inspire a marketing team to achieve outstanding results.

You will work closely with the Development project and state leadership teams to understand the business strategy and challenges, support business targets and assist new business development. You will also collaborate with Development portfolio sector experts and the broader CA&M team to deliver an effective, customer led approach. The role is preferably based in Melbourne, but also able to be Sydney based. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the development and delivery of innovative marketing strategies for commercial development projects. Inspire and empower the commercial marketing team to achieve exceptional results, fostering collaboration with project, state, and sector portfolio teams. The project marketing team for your portfolio will report directly to you.
  • Lead the Marketing strategy at a portfolio level for key sector/s in the Development business, and contribute to critical new business projects by providing strategic marketing expertise and fresh perspective
  • Demonstrate deep sector knowledge across the commercial Development business and demonstrated experience in effectively acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and the broader CA&M team to enhance and embed overall Development, Workplace, Residential, Industrial and Urban Retail value propositions for Lendlease in Australia.

About you:
You will be an experienced marketer with deep expertise across team leadership, stakeholder engagement, marketing strategy development, marketing delivery across owned, earned and paid channels and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Your highly developed commercial and communication skills enable you to quickly establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and agency partners. Ideally you will have tertiary qualifications and proven experience in a similar marketing role.
