The Advanced Client Solutions department is expanding their development team and are looking for a mid-senior cloud software developer to help design and implement components and services for innovative greenfield development in the legal industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage in development workshops, sprint planning, and other team-based activities.
• Commit to sprint goals and work within that scope with a collaborative environment.
• Follow best practise to design, implement, and deliver secure and scalable technical components and services for cloud environment.
• Focus on delivering efficient, scalable, and secure services within cloud based solutions.
• Help define and follow coding standards
• Comply with all relevant legal and regulatory obligations including the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Standards and Regulations, and Principles.

Skills and Experience

• .NET (core) experience designing and implementing services and components with C#, libraries, package management, and SDKs.
• Create and consume Azure cloud services with Restful APIs, OAuth.
• Mocking and writing Unit Tests, Integration Tests, code linting etc.
• Experience using common Azure Services, including Entra ID, Monitoring and Logging, sql and/or nosql.
• CI/CD: Solid experience of Git and build Pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Deployment: scripting build, deployment and resource allocation (Powershell, Arm/Bicep, Git, DevOps Pipelines, Docker)

• The ability to clearly articulate ideas, requirements, and feedback with team members and stakeholders. Strong analytical skills to identify issues, think critically, and develop effective solutions, including innovative document processing and data extraction.
• Collaborate with other developers, and the wider project team to achieve common goals.
• Being open to learning new technologies and methodologies as the web development landscape evolves, along with an appreciation or involvement in front end tech (Angular, HTML5, CSS, Typescript)
• Efficiently manage time, working across multiple items, helping to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in code and UI experience.
• Bring innovative ideas to the table for enhancing user experience and solving complex problems.
