QUALIFICATIONS:

  • AHPRA endorsed Nurse Practitioner
  • Unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team servicing our Immanuel Gardens Aged Care facility in Buderim, there will be occasional travel to Orana Aged Care in Kingaroy for this Nurse Practitioner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive healthcare services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
