We partner with global leaders, transforming complex business problems into human centric solutions.
You thrive on this!

  • Organise and set up meeting rooms, designed to delight - whether it’s flowers, snacks or catered lunches, you always know which one to roll out
  • Pull out your mad barista skills, no one makes a coffee like you, although I’m sure the DIJGTAL team will try ;)
  • Playing a vital role in facilitating the seamless operations within DIJGTAL’s office:
  • Manage and book incoming and outgoing posts and parcels from couriers and the DIJGTAL mailbox
  • Promptly handle incoming and outgoing phone enquiries
  • Be responsible for regular Woolies orders, stationery and office supplies, team lunches, and drinks Friday, including budget management
  • Act as the primary liaison for contractors and oversee office maintenance requirements
  • Conduct daily sweeps of the office and meeting rooms to ensure that all pots are collected and stacked into the dishwasher before close of business
  • Champion improvements to existing processes that relate to the client and team experience
  • Bring your creativity to the table and support with planning our annual team building events:
  • As needed, research and assist with ideas for future Sydney and Vancouver team events, collaborating with our DIJGTAL events committee
  • Organise and book team events, including venue hire, catering and on the day logistics as required
  • Harness your insane organisational skills to support the Managing Partners and Leadership Team:
  • Support with the coordination and booking of flights, accommodation and taxis
  • Ensure that all calendar invites are sent for relevant team members when coordinating bookings and events, being mindful to make amendments in real time should anything change
  • Own the process of providing the best possible experience for our overseas visitors, from the creation of itineraries for pre-planned trips to the booking of restaurants and activities
