Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct On-Site and On-Line Training to ensure customers are familiar with the features of our products.
  • Conduct On-Site customer visitation to promote the value of our products.
  • Help the sales team with upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Liaise Delivery & Training schedule with customers.
  • Professionally resolves product, service issues and complaints.
  • Act & liaise with relevant departments in event of any issues and complaints from customers.
  • Assist in creating training materials for the department.
  • Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • At least GCE ‘A’ level or ITE in any discipline.
  • No Experience required
  • Possesses a patient, friendly and pleasant attitude.

SPECIFIC SKILLS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES)

  • Experience in customer service or related field will be advantage.
  • Aptitude with positive disposition is preferred.
  • Possess good work ethics and good team player.
  • Ability to communicate/ listen clearly and professionally
