To excel in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top couriers, making a tangible impact on our growth. Role Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Engaging: Identifying potential couriers through various channels and engage them with compelling pitches.
- Recruitment Process Management: Handling the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Strategy Development: Designing and implementing strategies to optimize courier acquisition and retention.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with operations, marketing, and HR teams to align acquisition efforts with business goals.
- Data Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Impact: Your work will directly drive the growth of our courier network, fueling company expansion and service efficiency.
Role Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in field operations, preferably in the logistics, delivery, or e-commerce sectos.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; self-driven and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Hard Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis platforms, and Excel.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required;
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns or working with gig economy platforms.
