JOB DESCRIPTION

Supports Allstate Sales & Service Agents and Claims Advisors through the coordination and execution of the Onboarding process for all Agents/Advisors across Canada and work closely with the Licensing Coordinator, HR Recruiters, IT as well as facilitator to ensure Agent/Advisor Onboarding experience as well as Licensing are completed within the prescribed timeframes.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Oversee and support the coordination of employee onboarding, licensing and program delivery initiatives across Canada.
  • Continually seek ways to improve ease of administration and activation.
  • Monitor and report on program effectiveness to achieve optimal onboarding and learning value.
  • Partner and consult with Managers to explore alternatives and options when onboarding challenges are surfaced.
  • Coordinate deployment of ACG laptop
  • Coordinate external licensing webinar registrations
  • Invoices payment
  • Manage contract with Procurement/vendor
  • Updating document on the Source
  • Coordinate Agent/Advisors system accesses

EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years in an administrative role.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (IN LIEU)

  • University degree/College diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Visio, PPT)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision making skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quick changing environment
  • Knowledge working with SharePoint
  • Strong communication (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail
  • Building relationships
  • Bilingual in English and French is mandatory.
