The Onboarding Specialist supports the enablement of suppliers onto SAP Ariba’s Network, for their respective Buyer customers. The role will provide administrative assistance to expedite the registration and onboarding of new suppliers and relationship requests. The role manages the day to day written (email) and telephonic interaction with suppliers to ensure that they can transact on the SAP Ariba Network with their Buyer customers. This role will work with cross functional teams to support the requirements of the SAP Ariba supplier membership growth strategy and provide support as required to achieve requisite regional revenue targets. The Onboarding Specialist will also work closely with the Network Deployment Leads and provide excellent service delivery to the buyers and suppliers.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Language skills: Fluency in English language and C1 level of French, Spanish or German language
- Excellent communication skills – previous experience with verbal and written communication with customers
- Customer Service skills - ideally experienced from customer support / sales or related field
- Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suit.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams with multi-level management is welcomed
- Analytical problem-solving skills demonstrated in professional experience, preferably experience with technical troubleshooting is beneficial
- Technical background – previous experience with supporting or selling a technical or service delivery product is beneficial
- General knowledge of electronic procurement software, preferably knowledge of procurement business processes, from requisitioning to payment is beneficial

This role is based at the ultra-modern Metronom office building directly above the Nove Butovice metro station. The location encompasses SAP’s vision for the perfect work-life balance by featuring uniquely decorated relaxation rooms, parents’ and kids’ room.
Responsibilities:
- Customer focus
- Manage suppliers through SAP Ariba Tools and processes
- Assist all assigned suppliers in understanding key value adds for the specific industry internal business objectives and guide sellers on best practices for using Ariba Network
- Proactively engage with assigned sellers to ensure on-time enablement
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking status of suppliers for project defined milestones
- Prioritize strategic suppliers and strategic accounts based on record information in the system
- Follow up with suppliers to encourage Network compliance
- Train suppliers on how to configure and use their account on Ariba Network
- Train suppliers on how to create invoice
- Participate in internal trainings and initiatives
- Work with other internal teams and help to improve process
- Knows the SAP Ariba Network and Supplier Enablement Automation features, understand the value of ecommerce and the SAP Ariba Network
