Description:

Office is located In Neuhausen / Rheinfall close to the German Border and close to Cities like Schaffhausen and Zurich
We are an international team covering EMEA and India with native language speakers
We are searching a person who will take over following tasks:
- Responsible for processing sales quotes and orders (in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and Export Control guidelines) in Oracle
- Development of the customer relationship, assuring customers receive the right support for their procurement needs as well as their service needs in teamwork with Sales account managers
- Responsible for taking inbound customer calls for sales & service and answering live chats
- Collaboration with multiple internal departments worldwide, like: Manufacturing, Marketing, Logistics, Finance,
- Clarification on products, delivery times, prices and terms and conditions for customers
- Experience in CRM Microsoft Dynamics
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office tool & ERP system Oracle ( Or similar )
- Support for Sales teams on operational processes
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Order management and Systems knowledge on ERP systems like Oracle and CRM Dynamics.
We have a new renovated office with up-to-date infrastructure. Hybrid working mode but still own desk for each employee.
Your Team:
- Sales operations team in Switzerland count 18 members, from across Europe to support our customer in EMEA & India in local languages
- The team is based in Neuhausen / Rheinfall Switzerland.
