As NP Aerospace’s Operations Administrator, you will manage customer orders and ensure smooth operations by maintaining the MRP system, updating customer portals, and coordinating with Sales on deliveries and queries. You will also support our production, maintenance, and procurement teams with administrative tasks like record-keeping and contractor management, helping drive our mission forward.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience with business MRP systems and customer portal applications.
  • Skilled in collaborating with individuals at all organisational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including advanced use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Expertise in building and managing supplier and customer relationships.
  • Experienced in maintaining both physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring accurate documentation management.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned CAS customer orders, ensuring systems are up-to-date and coordinating communication with sales and operations teams.
  • Maintain the customer portal, managing new orders, updates, and date changes.
  • Participate in cross-functional order intake meetings to ensure accurate order entry.
  • Process and manage contract amendments and customer purchase orders.
  • Provide internal and external customers with information on orders, stock, and general queries.
  • Process sales transactions for invoicing.
  • Manage multiple email inboxes and maintain organised record-keeping and contractor paperwork.
  • Support operations and maintenance management systems.
