We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions, our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for an Operations Analyst with strong business acumen and a passion for data. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, questions the status quo, and is persistent in driving results. You’ll bridge the gap between data and business to turn insights into action.

• SQL Proficiency: Experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation.
• Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI.
• Business Focused: Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to approach problems critically and think beyond the obvious.
• Eagerness to Learn: A passion for continuously improving your skills and finding better ways to do things.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data to diverse audiences.

We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to our Last-mile Routing Team who’s not only passionate about data but also brings strong business sense. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, constantly questioning the status quo and not afraid to be persistent to achieve results. As the bridge between data and business, you’ll ensure insights lead to actionable strategies that drive our last-mile logistics operations.This position requires a strong on-site presence, as we expect the individual to be in the office or field the majority of the time, to maintain close collaboration with the team and operations.

• Operations Understanding: Quickly learn our last-mile logistics processes, data sources, and key stakeholders.
• Routing & Communication (20%): Manage routing tasks and collaborate with Site Managers and teams for smooth operations.
• Data Preparation: Gather the right data for analysis, request additional data from BI/Tech teams, and create new SQL tables as needed.
• Workbook & Tool Development: Propose and design effective workbooks and tools focused on workflow, design, and insights.
• Dashboard Development: Build and refine Tableau dashboards for routing and Site Managers to provide actionable insights.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze data to propose new processes, improve efficiency, and support product development.
• Route Simulation: Simulate and analyze routes to optimize performance and service levels.
