DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

Motorola Solutions, a Security Solutions company, is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Operations Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data & analytics to help us improve on many projects we have recently deployed including the exciting field of AI.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Operations Analyst at Motorola Solutions, you will work closely with our internal teams to understand how they work, the tooling they use and how they measure success of projects.
You will then look how we can improve the efficiency of the teams impacted by the project and come up with a strategy on implementing these new efficiencies. The analysis will also cover our AI work that we do across a wide range of teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree and up to 4 years related experience required.
  • Demonstrable strong teamwork and collaboration with internal and external groups.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and must excel in a fast-paced environment. Must be quick, proactive and responsive.
  • Ability to drive items to conclusion on time and with minimal direction.
  • Experience with Salesforce
    This position is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in Canada. It is preferred that Candidates reside in the Canadian Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand the data they use and the processes they have in place.
  • Organize and manage data sets that drive improvements across different departments
  • Help coordinate team QBR’s.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of existing procedures
  • Analyze our AI platforms and look how we can continually improve this offering
  • Work with our Digital IT Ops team for all Customer Experience enhancement requests
