Description:

EXPERIENCE YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Foreign Language, Global/International Studies or related field, or equivalent related work experience.

  • Recent graduate - 2 years of experience in administration.

  • Academic or professional experience with project management preferred.
  • Experience working with Google Suite and Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Intermediate language skills in Spanish and/or Mandarin required.
  • High-level interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Strong attention to detail; organizational, time management, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Provide daily support to Education Programs throughout all stages of onboarding, implementation and program management.

  • Update spreadsheets and databases and maintain department files, including those of a confidential nature.
  • Perform data analysis and generate reports regarding program assessments and overall program status on a routine and as needed basis.
  • Prepare weekly reports on progress towards meeting program goals and key metrics.
  • Support event preparation for program events and new teacher orientations, including scheduling, material preparation, communications, and other tasks.
  • Prepare departmental expense reports.
  • Assist in the review and communication of instructional materials for Dual Language programs.
  • Prioritize administrative tasks, answer telephones & correspondence and complete special projects as assigned.
  • Compile, copy, sort, file, update and maintain records of program activities and other activities as needed.
  • Manage department interns and assigned tasks.
  • Oversee program-related platform needs and developments, including rostering, community development, and customer support.
  • Assist in the set-up and communication of assessments for Dual Language programs

The Operations Associate will support Participate Learning’s department, and will report to the Operations Manager. This position requires someone who possesses professional communication skills while working with a diverse range of internal and external customers. In this role, the Operations Associate will answer program related correspondence and assemble and distribute highly-confidential and sensitive information.
