REQUIREMENTS

As the scope and scale of our agency grows, so too must our Operations function. The Operations capability exists to support this rapid and sustained growth via innovative and effective operations infrastructure and processes. It is our responsibility to support first rate client delivery whilst also looking after the careers of over 700 Two Circlers.
Currently a team of 25 working across performance planning, resourcing, people, talent, marketing & comms and strategy, we are looking to grow our team by appointing a visionary and people focussed Operations Lead for our EMEA region (Paris, Bern & Cologne)

Responsibilities:

ü Support Group Executive Director of EMEA to run effective and robust client processes
ü Work with EMEA leadership team to monitor and measure all aspects of delivery excellence including client satisfaction.
ü Work with leadership and legal counsel to oversee contract negotiations
ü Ensure collaboration and joined up thinking across key global client projects
ü Where relevant on large long-term assets be point of contact for operational requests from client
ü Work alongside colleagues across the Operations team, on the implementation of new platforms, technologies and working processes
ü Leadership, and group resourcing team to capacity plan.
ü Work closely with Leadership and Finance team to track, protect and grow margin.
ü Use strategic and problem solving ability to identify operational inefficiencies and drive change where needed.
ü Support marketing & communications team in the development and creation of EMEA appropriate news
ü Support our Strategy Operations team in the development and execution of client focused programmes
ü Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
ü Develop clear career pathways for employees working in EMEA.
ü Partner with the Talent team in the running of effective, robust and unbiased recruitment processe
