Order Entry Customer Support Consultant (m/f/d)
As an Order Entry Consultant at IDEXX, you will be providing Customer Support in the ordering of animal health care-related products for veterinarians, medical diagnostic services, water-testing equipment and other products and services. This role is best suited to organized, passionate communicators who strive to help veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and animal healthcare diagnostic professionals keep our pets healthy.

In this role

  • You will support customer order entry and billing, or other priorities such as: answering customer questions, explaining products and services, troubleshooting with online platforms or order related issues, database or data communication issues.
  • You will determine customer needs and provide solutions and coordinate with other team members as needed.
  • You will ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continue strong customer relationships.
  • You will support quality management system and other compliance requirements.

What you will need to succeed
Previous experience with order entry preferred.
Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP a plus.
High quality customer facing inter-personal skills, with experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relationships.
Fluent in German & business English
Technical record keeping management skills.
Reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues.
Phone skills, with ability to establish rapport.
Attention to detail.
Organized with ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical users in a professional, positive, friendly and understandable manner.

Du kommst am Morgen ins Büro und das Telefon klingelt. Ein Tierarzt ruft dich an. Er möchte gerne Verbrauchsmaterialien, Blutröhrchen und Einsendeformulare zur Einsendung von Blutproben in unser Labor bestellen. Oder er benötigt Material für sein Gerät, mit dem er Blutproben direkt in seiner Praxis vor Ort analysieren kann. Nun ruft er dich an, um diese Verbrauchsmaterialien zu bestellen und möchte wissen, ob seine letzte Bestellung schon auf dem Weg zu ihm ist. Deine Aufgabe ist es, seinen Auftrag zu bearbeiten und ihm die angefragten Informationen schnellstmöglich und präzise zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Die Kundenbetreuung der Labore von IDEXX setzt ein großes Maß an Kundenorientierung voraus. Wir möchten, dass du dich unserer Kunden annimmst und gemeinsam mit ihnen eine Lösung für jedes Problem findest.
