To support our growth, we are looking for a motivated colleague to join our Order Processing team in Ulm, Germany.
Order Processing & Logistics Specialist (f/m/d)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Completed training in logistics, freight forwarding, wholesale and foreign trade, industrial clerk or a comparable qualification Good understanding of logistics and order fulfilment processes, including warehouse management, shipping, customs clearance and transport planning Experience in working with ERP systems and other relevant software solutions for logistics and order fulfilment Ability to work independently and in a team, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and a structured way of working Very good German and good written and spoken English skills High level of accuracy and diligence when processing orders and documentation Proactive approach to tasks and willingness to take on responsibility

Responsibilities:

Order processing at home and abroad, taking customs and tax regulations, delivery times and freight costs into account Preparation of documents from order confirmation to invoicing Completion of all export-specific tasks including letters of credit Preparation of relevant shipping, export and customs documents Transport planning and monitoring of all modes of transport Liaising with freight forwarders and authorities Contact person for national and international customers Documentation of order processing in the database Maintenance of digital and analogue customer files in connection with order processing
