Organization Effectiveness (within Human Resources) partners with business leaders to transform culture, build thriving teams and develop our talent. We assess capability requirements, identify gaps and develop learning solutions that accurately reflect individual, team and broader organizational needs. You can join our team as an Organization Effectiveness Consultant, providing learning, development and cultural transformation support across a variety of initiatives and programs and diverse audiences.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts across functional teams to understand business objectives, talent/capability profiles and define developmental solutions
  • Design, develop and deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences tailored to address skills growth goals, aligned to business strategy
  • Ensure learning solutions influence positive change, align with strategic business objectives and enhance individual and organization capability.
  • Facilitate learning and development as an instructor, designer, business partner and internal consultant.
  • Manage programs in support of our cultural transformation and ways of working
  • Manage your own projects; you will have experience in program management, leveraging continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen
  • Use Design Thinking approaches to understand user requirements, challenge assumptions, redefine problems, and create innovative solutions to prototype and test
  • Contribute to broader organization development efforts and support team projects to scale and expand availability of learning and development solutions.
  • Evaluate success through insights derived from various data sources and formats
  • Perpetually update materials and programs based on learner feedback.
  • Remain aware of emerging instructional technologies and best practices, and make recommendations about when to adopt certain approaches to offer the best learning experience possible.
  • As needed, assist with delivery and facilitation of live training programs (virtual and in-person)
  • Provide support for our learning experience platform (LXP) to learners, stakeholders and administrators
  • Provide Ad hoc creative support to CPO with special initiatives and projects.
