WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced leader, who can demonstrate a successful career within the construction industry.
Being an experienced designer is not essential for this role. However, being able to evidence sound understanding and judgement of what is required at all stages of the design process of a project is key.
Your leadership will also be capable of ensuring the successful collaboration between various external design parties, whilst also coordinating with our established internal design and REVIT teams.

• Can evidence the ability to lead a team to achieve target business objectives
• Has a sound understanding of design process for construction projects
• Can evidence a high level of knowledge of current CDM and Building Regulations
• Is competent in MS office
• Is self-motivated and the ability to work with minimum supervision
• Has a positive/can do attitude
• Can read and understand building services drawings and specification
• Can demonstrate sound Commercial awareness
• Can demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Can demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines and meet targeted timeframes.
• Friendly, approachable, and reliable.
• Strong understanding of M&E design principles and industry standards.
• Ability to identify potential risks to projects and provide solutions.
