Job Description

Join Pub Media as a Paid Search Account Manager and make a difference! As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering client account growth strategies and an innovation roadmap
  • Analysing wider industry and market trends and how these apply and affect client’s account performance
  • Nurturing key partnerships with Google, Bing, SA360 etc.
  • Ensuring client and agency targets are achieved and effectively grow Paid Search revenue
  • Ensuring smooth billing processes are in place and supervise finance reconciliations
  • Identifying areas of development for junior managers and executives and create career development plans

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience across all things Paid Search including planning, strategy, and execution
  • Experience in working on campaigns with performance and direct-response KPIs, such as revenue and ROAS objectives
  • Expertise in using Search Ads 360 to manage campaigns at scale, including the use and optimization of bid strategies, reporting and more
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to manage large budgets and develop a clear and simple finance process.
  • Some experience in training and managing the workloads of others in your team, whether in a line managerial and/or mentoring capacity, desirable
