Support Partnership Distribution sales channel on New Business, Policy Servicing, and Claims related matters. Effective control over Penders to ensure New Business proposal turn into production within agreed TAT. Liaise with appropriate department and stakeholder to resolve New Business and Policy Servicing inquiry and issue raised. Advice and provide solution to PD partners and PD sales team on New business and Policy Servicing related inquiry. Assist on proposal and policy servicing application submission and up. Response to inbound call and email from PD partners and PD sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Key responsibility on Penders management to maximize production capturing for Partnership Distribution.
  • Well verse with PD products and process flow to support PD sales channel.
  • Response positively to PD partners and PD sales team on their inquiry, request, and issue raised.
  • Arrange medical appointment with panel clinic / hospital.
  • Respond to email and phone inquiries within stipulated time.
