Description:

We’re seeking a dedicated IT Partner Success Manager to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for nurturing client relationships, understanding their business needs, and aligning our IT solutions to support their goals. As an IT Partner Success Manager, you’ll oversee the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding and implementation to ongoing support and account management. On a daily basis you will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions in accordance with client needs and objectives. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to identify key decision-makers, deliver effective presentations, participate in pricing decisions, and negotiate contracts to close deals. Your comprehensive understanding of the market trends and competitor behavior is crucial to devise effective client acquisition strategies.
Given the nature of this role, it’s necessary to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Your passion for sales should come with the ability to maintain client satisfaction through a high level of service excellence. While past experience within a similar sector is desired, the priority is a proven track record in managing multiple accounts with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize. Reporting will also be a significant aspect of your role, hence strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years experience in an IT leadership role
  • 2+ years in sales or customer service.
  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or related field
  • High level experience with desktop and server operating systems in Small Business environments.
  • Configuration of the Microsoft Office suite, including integration with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and promote ideas and transfer detailed knowledge to others in one-to-one or group situations.
  • Commonly used technologies such as VPN’s and remote applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with Windows 7 through Windows 10.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within and outside branch service area, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Valid Driver’s license with the ability to meet the vehicle policy.
