QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the payments or fintech industry.
- Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, both commercially and technically.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with payment solutions.
- Experience working with gyms, fitness providers, or similar industries is a plus.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Payment Product Manager at BRP Systems, you will be operationally, commercially, and strategically responsible for the development and expansion of our embedded payment solutions across BRP’s broader SaaS offering. This pivotal role will focus on creating a comprehensive payments proposition, driving adoption, and increasing monetization through value-added services. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless payment integrations, maximize market reach, and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop & Execute Payment Strategy
Own and manage the payment solutions offering for BRP Systems products (BRP, Wondr, Twiik) by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Manage Payment Product Lifecycle
Oversee the entire lifecycle of payment product development, coordinating with cross-functional teams like R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.
Drive Business Success
Take full ownership for the payment solutions area, setting ambitious targets and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to increase adoption and usage among existing and new customers. Manage the daily operations of the Payments Services and be the single point of contact both internally as well as for partners but also the expert to include in more complex sales-cases.
